Two-Storey Extension | Moulton, Northampton
This project was all about creating the extra space our clients needed — without leaving the village they love.
We worked closely with the planning and conservation teams to demonstrate that the proposed extension would have no visual impact on key local viewpoints, including the church, church hall car park, and views from across the valley.
After a detailed assessment (and a few site visits with a camera in hand!), we successfully showed that the new addition sits comfortably and discreetly within its setting — and planning permission was granted.
