This project might look straightforward – but Class Q approvals rarely are!
We’ve just secured permission to convert part of an agricultural building in Upper Boddington into a 2-bedroom dwelling. These applications come with very specific rules and plenty of potential pitfalls.
With a carefully planned strategy – and expert support from CC Town Planning – we were able to navigate the process and achieve a positive result.
