To reflect the council’s vision for the ongoing regeneration of the town centre, we developed an innovative and intriguing design that our client feels will hugely benefit the town centre.
We have created a design and drawings to support our client’s application to the NHS to provide a new Vaccination Centre in the existing commercial unit which currently has an Art Deco frontage- which we just had to retain!
We have also added a three-storey extension above the existing commercial unit to accommodate 6 X 1 bed luxury apartments along with new commercial space for a Café in the rear courtyard.
