On this project, we were approached by our clients who were keen to maximise the space as well as to extend their property to give the house a whole new look, following the theme of “LA” aesthetics. Our clients started off with the existing three bedroom, perfectly balanced pretty property and tasked us with planning the new upgrade.

IDEA developed this property firstly converting the loft into a usable space alongside adding an extension over the existing garage as well as around the rear of the property. This allowed us to incorporate a large family room at the rear, create an additional bedroom as well as a utility room downstairs. To further this, we added a large window from the new office, looking into the garage so that our client is able to have their beloved car on display!
